Ms Blakeslee holds
a B.S. Degree in Industrial Hygiene, and is a Certified Industrial
Hygienist by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. She
has over 20 years experience with TSCA, OSHA, DOT, EPA and
International Regulatory compliance. Ms Blakeslee has been
responsible for industrial hygiene assessments, medical surveillance,
workers' compensation tracking, international regulatory compliance
and product integrity programs. She has implemented an international
MSDS management system(SAP) for a major specialty chemical
supplier and has authored in excess of 5000 MSDS's for various
companies. In addition to MSDS responsibilities and the filing
of Premanufacture Notifications and Low Volume Exemptions,
she has negotiated 5(e) consent orders and filed 8(e) notifications
with EPA.

of Lexington, MA to develop computer based training
applications for the Biotechnology/Life Sciences Industries. Safety Partners
provides health and safety services to the New England Biotechnology Industry.
EnviroNet works with EBI Consultants
of Burlington, MA to develop computer based training
applications for their clients. EBI is an environmental management and engineering
firm with offices located nationwide. They have subject matter
experts in all areas of environmental, health and safety.
This partnership will greatly enhance the quality of training
services provided to EBI clients.
